Terms of service

These terms apply when a business (“you”) uses automation services from SO MANY THOUGHTS (“CraftTint”, “we”), Nirman Kunj, Sector 16A, Faridabad, Haryana 121002, India. A written proposal or order for a project may add to these terms. If the two conflict, the proposal wins.
The service
We design, build and operate automations for your business, such as WhatsApp messaging through the WhatsApp Business Platform, store and marketplace integrations, catalogue tools and order operations. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing before work starts.
Your accounts
You own your accounts (for example your WhatsApp Business Account, store, ad accounts and payment gateway) and the data in them. You give us access to operate them, and you can withdraw it at any time. You are responsible for the products you sell, your prices and your dealings with your customers.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful messaging to people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and to follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy and the rules of any other platform involved. We may pause messaging if it puts your number or our app at risk.
Third-party platforms
The service depends on platforms we don't control, including Meta, Shopify, payment gateways, couriers and Cloudflare. Their fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges) are yours unless we agree otherwise. We are not responsible for their outages, rule changes or decisions about your accounts.
Fees and payment
Fees are as agreed in the proposal, plus GST. Invoices are due within 15 days unless stated otherwise.
Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
Liability
We build carefully and include checks, but automated systems can fail. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
Either side can end the service with 15 days' written notice. When it ends, we remove our access, hand over documentation and delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction.
